Why should we insist that the pigments of Van Gogh’s magnificent painting Sunflowers should remain as they were in the past?!?! Maybe that is what he himself wanted!!! Let us see, are the pigments of our lives the same as they were before?? Are we also the same as we were before? Or Have we also become more mature! The pigments of my painting, entitled “They Don’t Pay Any Attention,” are also a testament to this natural process. In the early days after this painting was created, the colors of the peels were very light and transparent, and now, three years after the painting was created, its pigments have become warmer and more mature. Van Gogh also loved nature, and perhaps if he were alive today, he would be saddened by this concern over the colors of his paintings and this interference with the paintings and their pigments. Because he portrayed the process of nature exactly as it was, and whatever moved beyond this framework would also move beyond the framework of his artworks. Therefore, we should let go and allow the spirit of Van Gogh’s works, peacefully, to surrender itself to the passage of time and to real nature, because I, too, have gone through this process step by step and have felt it, and I know that Van Gogh’s spirit lives within his beautiful works, because he left every fragment of his spirit within his works. And of course, this is what art is. Art is not the achievement of the market. Art carries the soul of its creator with it. And if you buy a piece from an artist, you take away a piece of their soul, which will always remain with you. And perhaps this is the reason why so many artists, and especially the famous painters and sculptors who have left behind magnificent works and have become timeless, have achieved this very thing! 🥰
